- Please approach official at step 1, In case your complaint is not resolved at step 1 within 48 hours please escalate to step 2.
- In case your complaint is not resolved at step 2 within 48 hours please escalate to step 3.
- In case your complaint is not resolved at step 3 within 14 days please escalate to step 4.
